Για μένα το χοντρό κράξιμο προς το παρόν ανήκει δικαιωματικά σε διάφορους συμπολίτες και απορώ γιατί αποσιωπάται αυτό. Το πρόβλημα είναι υπαρκτό και αν φταίει μια ο Αβραμίδης που δεν τήρησε όσα αφελώς υποσχέθηκε, τότε φταίει δέκα ο κάφρος γείτονας που δε βοηθάει με τη συμπεριφορά του:

Φαντάζομαι ότι το ήξερε. Αλλά εκείνη την περίοδο ο ΒασιΠαπ δεν έκανε απολύτως τίποτα. Ούτε καν ξεκίνησε την διαδικασία του διαγωνισμού, ούτε πρότεινε απευθείας αναθέσεις ούτε τίποτα. Οπότε η κριτική μάλλον εκεί επικεντρωνόταν.
Όσο για τις “15 ημέρες” που ήδη πέρασαν πιστώνεται στα λάθη αν και θα απογοητευτώ πολύ περισσότερο αν περάσουν οι 6 μήνες που υποσχέθηκε προεκλογικά ο Μπουτάρης όπως φαίνεται και στο video και παραμείνει η ίδια κατάσταση

Θάνο, αυτό που λες “όπως πολύκαλά γνωρίζεις…” δεν το ήξερε ο σημερινός δήμαρχος όταντον Οκτώβριο του 2010, προεκλογικά, τα έχωνε στον ΒασιΠαπ; Ή τότε δεν ίσχυε αυτό; Ο Αβραμίδης δεν το ήξερε όταν υποσχότανε ότι σε 10-15 μέρες θα είχε καθαρίσει την πόλη;

Οπότε ο Μπουτάρης βρίσκεται μπροστά σε έναν κλασσικό Catch-22.
Να κάνει διαγωνισμό και να συνεχίσει το πρόβλημα της αποκομηδής για 3-4 μήνες ακόμη. Να κάνει απευθείας ανάθεση και να αντιμετωπίσει τις παραπάνω κατηγορίες.

Όσο για “ιδιωτικό μηχανισμό συλλογής απορριμάτων” αν κατάλαβα καλά απλά θα μισθωθούν μηχανήματα που δεν διαθέτει ο δήμος. Αυτό σίγουρα δεν συνηστά ιδιωτικό μηχανισμό συλλογής απορριμάτων. Αν και προσωπικά θα χειροκροτούσα μια κίνηση όπου ιδιωτική εταιρία θα αναλάμβανε την αποκομηδή των σκουπιδιών από τους δρόμους με αντιστάθμισμα τα κέδρη από την ανακύκλωση τους με μηδενικό κόστος για τον δήμο και τους δημότες. Αλλά αυτό είναι μια άλλη συζήτηση

Όσο για τις υποσχέσεις ας δω τώρα την πρώτη να εκπληρώνετε (που δεν το βλέπω τώρα στα κοντά) και εγώ προσωπικά του δίνω πίστωση χρόνου. Ας ξεκινήσει η διαφάνεια από Γενάρη του 2012. Τόσα χρόνια μαυρίλα έναν ακόμα τον αντέχω. Αυτό που δεν παλεύετε είναι τα βουνά και η δυσωδία.
