Τεκμηρίωσέ το, Παναγιώτη. Tο να εγκαινιάζεις προσχώσεις στον κόλπο για επικοινωνιακό όφελος τη στιγμή που το έργο δεν έχει ακόμα νομιμοποιηθεί από το ΣτΕ είναι η ενδεικνυόμενη λύση;

Με μια αναζήτηση στο google θα δεις ότι είναι μια άποψη που δεν έιναι η πρώτη φορά που ακούγεται.

Χοντρικά, 3 λύσεις υπάρχουν:
-επέκταση προς θάλασσα (οικολογικά τουλάχιστο επιζήμιο)
-επέκταση προς την ξηρά (πρακτικά δύσκολο αν όχι αδύνατο – δρόμος, κόστος απαλλοτριώσεων κλπ)
-μεταφορά σε άλλη περιοχή. Για διάφορους λόγους, δυτικά θα ήταν η πιο πρόσφορη περιοχή.

Εκτός πάλι αν μετατραπεί+αναβαθμιστεί κάποιο στρατιωτικό αεροδρόμιο πχ της Βέροιας, έστω ως προσωρινή λύση.

Όπως και να χει, το Μακεδονία δεν πρόκειται σύντομα να αλλάξει θέση, αφού γίνονται και έργα ανακατασκευής των σταθμών κλπ.
Μακροπρόθεσμα πάντως, η μεταφορά, ή καλύτερα η δημιουργία νέου αεροδρομίου, θα καταστεί ανάγκαία, κατά την ταπεινή μου γνώμη.

Είναι άλλοι οι λόγοι και έχουν να κάνουν με τις αεροπορικές εταιρίες και τους στόλους τους. Όπως και να έχει το πράγμα, λύσεις υπάρχουν πάντα και όπως είπα και πριν, λύση ΔΕΝ είναι να σταματήσεις ένα έργο, αλλα να δώσεις εναλλακτικές και να κάνεις προτάσεις οι οποίες πραγματικά θα “ισορροπήσουν” τα πράγματα. Το να μεταφέρεις το αεροδρόμιο δυτικά είναι ότι χειρότερο μπορεί να κάνει κάποιος και ας μην μιλήσουμε για το κόστος και την “καταστροφή” στο περιβάλλον εκεί. Το να κάνουν επέκταση του διαδρόμου το θεωρώ μάλλον πιο φυσιολογικό. Δεν νομίζετε;

Οι κάτοικοι της περιοχής είναι λογικό να αντιδρούν σε μιά παρέμβαση που νιώθουν ότι θα καταστρέψει το τοπικό περιβάλλον (και όχι μόνο)’ στο χέρι των τοπικών φορέων και της κυβέρνησης είναι να ξεκινήσει μιά διαβούλευση για την κατάθεση εναλλακτικών λύσεων.

Μιλώντας όμως ειδικά θα πρέπει να δεις τι κερδίζεις και τι χάνεις. Δεν νομίζω ότι το πρόβλημα του αεροδρομίου είναι ότι δεν έρχονται υπερατλαντικές πτήσεις. Εδώ δεν μπορείς να πας απ’ ευθείας σε καμία γειτονική πρωτεύουσα, όχι στις ΗΠΑ.
Προτάσεις, δεν ξέρω αν είναι της συγκεκριμένης κίνησης, έχουν πέσει από άλλους φορείς που ζητούν την μεταφορά του αεροδρομίου δυτικά, όπου και υποδομές υπάρχουν (χώροι, οδικοί άξονες, σιδηροδρομικοί άξονες κ.λ.π.) αλλά και περισσότερο κόσμο εξυπηρετεί

Ούτε οι ίδιοι δεν ξέρουν τι γράφουν μέσα. Απο την μία λένε “να γίνει αλλα μετά απο κατάλληλες ΜΠΕ, απο την άλλη (στο τέλος) λένε να μην γίνει καθόλου αυτο το καταστρεπτικό έργο.

Το ότι θα αναβαθμιστεί ολόκληρο το αεροδρόμιο και θα αυξηθεί η κίνηση καθώς θα υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσγείωσης μεγαλύτερων αεροσκαφών και ανάπτυξη της Θεσσαλονίκης να υποθέσω ότι δεν τους ενδιαφέρει.

Κύριοι, αγώνας γίνεται ότι έχετε να προτείνετε μια ξεκάθαρη και ουσιαστική λύση κι όχι οριστική απαξίωση και κατακραυγή για το έργο. Η λογική “πονάει χέρι, κόψουμε χέρι” δεν είναι λύση.
