Προφανώς ο συλλογισμός σας είναι σωστός, όχι μόνο γιατί πιοθανότατα ξέρετε την νομική επιστήμη καλύτερα από μένα, αλλά και γιατί και η ίδια η λογική αυτό λέει. Αυτό που προσπαθώ να επισημάνω, πέρα από το δικονομικό κομμάτι είναι ότι στην συλλογιστική της απόφασης απαλλαγής της κας Αράπογλου, κάτι λέει το δικαστήριο που οι περισσότεροι συμπολίτες μας το περνάνε στο ντούκου.
Το ως πότε, πάει κυρίως σε αυτούς

Ως πολιτης της πολης αυτης λυπουμαι παρα πολυ που ο αμετροεπης εγωισμος του κυριου κυριου δημαρχου και οι διακομματικοι διαξιφισμοι δεν επιτρεπουν την ουσιαστικη αναπτυξη και προωθηση της θεσσαλονκης. Εντουτοις ως απλος γνωστης και σπουδαστης των νομικων πρεπει δυστυχως να σας διευκρινησω οτι η αποδοχη της αγωγης της κυριας Αραπογλου δεν συνεπαγεται την πληρη καταφαση της ενοχης Παπαγεωργοπουλου. Απλα αυτη γινεται δεκτη και θεωρειται βασιμη παρεμπιπτοντως και στα πλαισια της δικης ως προς τη συκοφαντιση την οποια φερεται να τελεσε η κ.Αραπογλου. Τυχον καταδικη ή αποδοση ποινικων ευθυνων κατα του Βασιλη Παπαγεωργοπουλου θα ειναι δυνατη μονο μετα απο ασκηση σχετικης αγωγης και εκκινηση δι’ αυτο ποινικης διαδικασιας. Οποτε αναμενουμε την συνεχεια ως προς την ουσια της υποθεσης της καταχρασης και κακοδιαχειρισης του δημοτικου χρηματος…

Προσωπικά δεν με νοιάζει τι έγινε με την κ.Αράπογλου.Αυτό που με ενδιαφέρει είναι ότι η δικαιοσύνη αποφάσισε ότι είναι ένοχος ο “Πορφυρογέννητος”..Ο γνωστός σε όλους μας ατσαλάκωτος τσαλακώθηκε και τσαλακώθηκε άσχημα…Κύριε Παπ.. από μόνος σας έπρεπε να παραιτηθείτε αλλά δεν υπάρχει τσαγανό..Δεν υπάρχει ειλικρίνεια ,δεν υπάρχει ενοχή ,δεν υπάρχει τίποτα..
Κάντε ώ ρε παιδιά λίγο υπομονή το μόνο που θέλει είναι να καθίσει στο καινούργιο θρόνο του δημαρχείου του…όχι για αυτόν …Για την Φουκαριάρα την μάνα του….!!
