Εντάξει. Όλα μας ενδιαφέρουν λέω εγώ, πάντως το θέμα με τις “απολύσεις” δεν το έβαλα ως το άπαν σύμπαν των προβλημάτων. Ως ένα -από όλα τα υπόλοιπα – προβλήματα που θα έχει να διαχειριστεί ένα τέτοιο , καλοπροαίρετο να το δεχτώ ΟΚ, εγχείρημα.
Καλύτερη πρόταση είναι η κοινωνικοποίηση όλων αυτών των υποδομών. Ρεαλιστική, ουσιαστική αλλά δε γίνεται με απλό τρόπο.

Wed, 30 Nov 2011 00:28:53 +0000http://thess.gr/blog/?p=2912#comment-2026Στην πλειοψηφία τους, από όσο μπόρεσα να καταλάβω είναι μέλη της κίνησης ΠΡΩΣΚΑΛΟ για την οποία είχα γράψει πριν φύγω από Ελλάδα. Την ιδέα την πρωτάκουσα από το στόμα των συνδικαλιστών της ΕΥΑΘ. Τα προβλήματα είναι ακριβώς όπως τα περιγράψανε οι πρώτοι δυο σχολιαστές. Από την άλλη όμως όλο και πιο συχνά βλέπουμε νέες προτάσεις έστω και αν είναι πλατσούρισμα ή ανέξοδες. Το θέμα δεν είναι αν θα κρατήσουμε 300 εργαζόμενους σε μια επιχείρηση που μπορεί να χρειάζεται 250 ή 350 για να δουλέψει, όσο το να μην εκχωρήσουμε το νερό σε ιδιωτικές εταιρίες για να πληρώσουμε 5 δόσεις δανείου και να έχουμε αξιόλογες υπηρεσίες.
Το νερό, πρωτίστως μας ενδιαφέρει και σε δεύτερο βαθμό οι εργαζόμενοι.

Δεν μπορώ όμως να δεχτώ το “ρεαλισμό” του εγχειρήματος.
δηλαδή: έστω μαζεύονται 100,000 άνθρωποι βάζει ο καθένας το ποσό αυτό , μαζεύονται αμέσως 13.600.000 €. Κολώνει π.χ. η Σουέζ να βάλει 13.700.000? Η εκποίηση δημόσιας περιουσίας γίνεται με πλειοδοτικό διαγωνισμό. Να δεχτώ ότι θα ζοριστεί ενδεχομένως περισσότερο κάποιος επενδυτής – από κει που θα περίμενε ότι θα πάρει το 40% κοψοχρονιά. Παραπέρα?
Μα ακόμα κι αν έρθουν τα πάνω κάτω και πάρει η εν λόγω κίνηση το 40%. Ύστερα? Με ποιο τρόπο θα αντιμετωπίσει ζητήματα που ήδη αντιμετώπισε η ΕΥΑΘ και τη δυσκόλεψαν? Η κοινωνία που ζούμε είναι καπιταλιστική, λειτουργεί με ιδιωτικοοικονομικά κριτήρια. Τί θα κάνουν δηλ. οι της κίνησης, θα δανείζονται από τράπεζες ας πούμε? Θα κάνουν απολύσεις σε ενδεχόμενα οικονομικών ζημιών ή “ζημιών”?Θα ξαναβάζουν το χέρι στην τσέπη για να κάνουν επενδύσεις ή θα ανεβάζουν τα τιμολόγια του νερού?
Έπειτα ιδιωτικοποίηση του νερού δε σημαίνει μόνο ιδιωτική ΕΥΑΘ. Μια ιδιωτική ΕΥΔΑΠ λέω εγώ θα μπορεί ή όχι να πουλάει νερό στη Θεσσαλονίκη φτηνότερα – με προφανή στρατηγική να ανατρέψει την κατάσταση στην συνεταιριστικοποιημένη και λαϊκής βάσης ΕΥΑΘ? (έλα εντάξει… κι αν δεν μπορεί για χ ψ τεχνικούς λόγους διχτύων κλπ η ΕΥΔΑΠ μια ΕΥΔΑΛαγκαδά, ή Κιλκίς ξερωγώ.)
Σύμφωνοι εν τέλει , δεν είναι δα και εγκληματική η ως άνω ιδέα. Ένα πανικόβλητο και αδιέξοδο πλατσούρισμα είναι .
Και ανέξοδο συν τοις άλλοις για ορισμένους φιλόδοξους σωτηρες…
