Τα δικαιώματα των καταστηματαρχών της περιοχής σε μια τέτοια περίπτωση ποιος θα τα προασπίσει αν όχι ο Δήμος και ποιος δεν θα θεωρήσει λογική μια διεκδίκηση αποζημίωσης των εμπόρων κατά του Δήμου για διαφυγόντα κέρδη τη στιγμή που καταβάλλουν τα προβλέπόμενα τέλη σε αυτόν;

Γίνονταν παρά την άρνηση του Δήμου. Έτσι δήλωσε ο Μπουτάρης τουλάχιστον. Ό,τι έγινε και με τον Θεοδωράκη δηλαδή. Άρνηση του Δήμου βάσει σχετικής απόφασης, αλλά πραγματοποίηση τελικά λόγω αδυναμίας επιβολής της απόφασης. Νομίζω ότι εφόσον ζητήθηκε άδεια, το καλύτερο που είχε να κάνει ο Μπουτάρης ήταν να επικαλεστεί την απόφαση του δημοτικού συμβουλίου όπως και στις άλλες περιπτώσεις, διαφορετικά θα είχε υποπέσει στο διαχρονικό λάθος της δημόσιας ζωής στη χώρα, του κανόνα των “εξαιρέσεων” και της κατά περίπτωση εφαρμογής των αποφάσεων.

Δηλαδή απαγορεύεται να πάω εγώ και να πουλάω κουλούρια πχ ή να διαφημίζω αυτοκίνητα κάνοντας προσωρινή χρήση του χώρου χωρίς να πάρω άδεια (και να πληρώσω αντίτιμο στον Δήμο) αλλά επιτρέπεται και επιβάλλεται να ΜΗΝ πάρω άδεια για να βρεθώ με τους φίλους μου, να συζητήσω να διαμαρτυρηθώ κτλ. Αν έπρεπε να ζητάμε άδεια πχ για διαμαρτυρία θα φτάναμε ίσως στο να απαγορεύονται συγκεντρώσεις άνω των 3 ατόμων, όπως κάποτε….

Και ναι, αξίζει να δούμε αν είχε ανακοινώσει κάτι σχετικό προεκλογικά.

Γιατί δεν έκανε από την αρχή αυτό που δήλωσε στο τέλος; να πάει στην πλατεία και να τελειώνει το θέμα. Αυτό το απίστευτο να ζητάμε την άδεια για να χρησιμοποιήσουμε δημόσιο χώρο (προσοχή, δεν είναι κατάληψη με σκοπό το κέρδος) ως πολίτες το βρίσκω γελοίο. Ο Θεοδωράκης θεωρώ ότι προσπάθησε να “εκβιάσει” τη στήριξη του Μπουτάρη. Το ότι κερδίζει ο θεοδωράκης από την υπόθεση από την επικοινωνιακή αποτυχία του Δήμου βασίζεται και στο γεγονός ότι είναι “τοτέμ” για τον Ελληνικό Λαό, και είναι “ταμπού” να του πούμε όχι σε κάτι που θέλει. Επίσης ο Δήμος πχ δεν έδωσε την πλατεία ούτε στο TEDx2 που το ζητήσαν. Το θέμα είναι να δούμε αν είχαν ανακοινώσει κάτι σχετικό προεκλογικά. Όσο για τους αριστερούς που στηρίζαν Μπουτάρη, ας καταθέσουν τις κομματικές τους ταυτότητες.

Δεν ξέρω αν έχει προϋπάρξει σχετική ανακοίνωση ή απόφαση, αλλά μέχρι και την περασμένη Κυριακή συγκεντρώσεις γίνονταν στην πλ.Αριστοτέλους. Κι είμαι σίγουρος ότι στον ΓΑΠ ή στον Σαμαρά, ο κυρ Γιάννης δεν θα έλεγε όχι. Αρα, καλό θα ήταν, εφόσον έτσι αποφασίζει ο Δήμος, πρωτα να υπάρξει μια ανακοίνωση του τύπου “Από 1ης Σεπτεμβρίου 2011 η πλ.Αριστοτέλους δεν παραχωρείται για συγκεντρώσεις” (που κι αυτό βλακωδες το βρίσκω αλλά έστω…). Αντίθετα, έτσι όπως κινήθηκε ο Μπουτάρης, το μόνο που κατάφερε είναι να δυναμώσει κι άλλο το “αντιστασιακό” προφίλ της Σπίθας.
Και κάτι ακόμη για τη Σπιθα: το πρόβλημά μου εμένα με τη Σπίθα είναι ιδεολογικό – πολιτικό. Αυτό όμως δεν σημαίνει ότι θα συμφωνήσω με χοντροκομμένες αποφάσεις του Μπουτάρη, που κινούνται στα όρια της απολυταρχίας.
Εντέλει απ’ όλη αυτή την ιστορία ζημιωμένος βγαίνει ο Μπουτάρης, κερδισμένος ο Θεοδωράκης. Well done, δήμαρχε (#fail).

Ακόμη μια πτυχή σχετική με το θέμα (ίσως όχι και τόσο): προεκλογικά στο frappelections έλεγα ότι δεν στηρίζω τον (συμπαθή) Μπουτάρη γιατί είναι μνημονιακός. Και έλεγα ότι το βασικότερο διακύβευμα (και) των δημοτικών εκλογών είναι το μνημόνιο. Ο Μπουτάρης (και) στο δεύτερο γύρο στηρίχθηκε από πολλούς αριστερούς – αντιμνημονιακούς (μέχρι και από… αντιεξουσιαστές), για να φύγει ο Παπαγεωργόπουλος. Τώρα πολλοί εξ αυτών των αριστερών αντιμνημονιακών, που ψήφισαν Μπουτάρη, φωνάζουν κατά του (μνημονιακού) Μπουτάρη και υπέρ του (αντιμνημονιακού) Θεοδωράκη.
Φταίω εγώ τώρα, αν γράψω “σας τα έλεγα εγώ;”.
