1) η καταδίκη. Ο μνημιακός ηγέτης “της καρδιάς μας” ήδη καταδικάστηκε πρωτόδικα. Είναι μάλλον πιθανότερο να καταδικαστεί εκ νέου.
2) η έκπτωση. Η κοινή λογική είναι πως όταν λέμε έκπτωση λέμε έκπτωση. Τα τερτίπια φάση “άλλο νομαρχία άλλο περιφέρεια” έρχονται σε ευθεί αντίθεση με το πνεύμα (λέω εγώ τώρα..) του νόμου. δηλ. παρανομείς όταν η ταμπέλα απ’έξω γράφει “νομαρχία” αλλά είσαι εντάξει όταν η ταμπέλα γράφει “περιφέρεια”? Το έννομο αγαθό εν προκειμένω είναι η “υπηρεσία” (σύμφωνα με την δυσχερή φιλολογικά διατύπωση του Ποινικού Κώδικα), ήτοι την μη κανονικότητα στη λειτουργία της δημόσιας υπηρεσίας και την συνακόλουθη μείωση του κύρους του κράτους.
Είμαι πολύ περίεργος πάντως…
