Είναι περιττό στους κατοίκους αυτής της πόλης να τους πω πόσο λίγο πράσινο έχουμε. Είναι περιττό να τους θυμίσω πόσο λίγους ανοιχτούς χώρους έχουμε. Είναι περιττό να δούμε πόσες εναλλακτικές έχουμε. Η πόλη έχει θαυμάσια κτίρια όπως αυτό Γ’ ΣΣ αλλά το κρατάει για στρατιωτικές εγκαταστάσεις, πιθανούς στόχους, στην καρδιά της.

Αντί λοιπόν να κάνουμε δημαρχείο ένα καταπληκτικό κτίριο, μεγάλο και με πολλούς βοηθητικούς χώρους, ήρθαμε και χτίσαμε ένα κτήριο 14.567 τετραγωνικών και 65.646 κυβικών μέτρων.

Σε άλλες χώρες με ανθρώπους που νοιάζονται θα είχε ετοιμαστεί κάποια αντ-εκδήλωση για να τους χαλάσει την γιορτή. Το μόνο που κάνουμε είναι να διαμαρτυρόμαστε από μακριά, γι’ αυτό και περνάνε όλα. Γι’ αυτό και με χαμένα τόσα εκατομύρια ευρώ στο Δήμο εμείς έχουμε φιέστα την Δευτέρα.

Έχω ένα όνειρο, να δω μια μέρα τους συμπολίτες μου να αντιδρούν. Να τους δω μια φορά να χαλάνε την μέρα αυτών που μας ταλαιπωρούνε όλο το χρόνο. Ίσως όχι έτσι όπως δείχνει η εικόνα, μια και είναι παράνομο, αλλά σίγουρα με έναν έξυπνο, νόμιμο τρόπο.
